    Abstract: This study ains to know how the profit-sharing mechanism for musharaka financing at Bank KB Bukopin Syariah Business Area Padang. The method of collecting data with Interview techniques, Library Techniques, and Data Analysis Methods with qualitative methods, implementing musyarakah financing at Bank KB Bukopin Syariah Business Area Padang, namely by providing a portion in the form of providing working capital. 70% of the total funds by the bank and 30% of capital from customers. However, there is still a lack of public knowledge regarding the scope of Islamic banking so that they do not know the benefits of Musyarakah financing, making the distribution of Musyarakah profit-sharing financing for individual businesses not going well, the distribution of funds at KBBS, namely financing with a Musyarakah contract is in accordance with PSAK 106.
