Abstract: | Since gaining independence, Morocco has made a commitment to achieving goals aimed at achieving a high rate of economic growth in order to raise the standard of living for its people. As such, this ongoing commitment is based on a strategy that aims to lower the poverty rate and provide a dignified life for those who are vulnerable. However, it is crucial to comprehend the factors that contribute to poverty in order to implement an effective strategy for combating it. In this regard, this article aims to analyze poverty in Morocco through an economic study of the effects of economic growth, education, inflation, and unemployment on the evolution of poverty in Morocco. This study examined the intricate connections between economic growth, inflation, unemployment, and poverty in the Moroccan environment using the ARDL method. Poverty and education are related, both immediately and over time. Initially, the dependent variable and the independent variables do not have a long-term relationship. On the other hand, economic expansion has a statistically significant short-term effect on reducing poverty. however, after making changes to the analysis model, the dependent and independent variables have a significant long-term association. These findings can concentrate efforts on the areas that are most crucial for lowering poverty and improving the standard of living for vulnerable people by identifying the factors that have a substantial impact on poverty. This study contributes to the scientific understanding of the factors influencing poverty in Morocco by using an economic approach. |

Abstract: | On the face of it, tourism is a crucial sector for the economic development of many countries, including Morocco. What's unique about this sector is that it can be linked to several other industries. Sport is a vector of influence that generates greater visibility at national and international levels. So, football's presence creates a diversified economic resource for the country. This mix offers a new flavor of tourism: sports tourism and, more specifically, football tourism. This new type of tourism is expanding rapidly worldwide, attracting many sports-loving tourists from the four corners of the globe. We aim to analyze the variable of attractiveness to tourists and football fans through the case study of a football club, Raja Club Athletic, which explains our interest in the following problem: What are the factors of attractiveness exerted by the Raja in the football unit for the tourist promotion of Casablanca? To determine our methodological position, we positioned ourselves at the level of post-positivism, our choice being oriented towards a critical realist paradigm since it is the most appropriate for our study and will allow us to address the research question better. The qualitative analysis revealed several obstacles to creating a football tourism destination. It highlighted the prominent role played by clubs and the organization of sporting events in improving the area's tourist appeal through the promotion they can provide. According to the quantitative analysis, RCA is a famous club, which enables it to attract tourists. This popularity is due to the club's track record and its supporters and ultras, which are essential in raising RCA's profile. The quantitative study highlighted the fact that the club's offer is ill-suited to the needs of its supporters and the factors that make Raja attractive, both now and in the future, as a footballing unit for the promotion of tourism in Casablanca in particular and Morocco in general. Sports tourism, in general, and football tourism, in particular, represent a significant niche that needs to be exploited in Morocco. Thanks to sporting events and football clubs, the country can improve its tourist appeal, promote Morocco as a destination, and be a thriving football destination. |

Abstract: | Objective: This study aims to examine the relationship between life expectancy, labor force participation, and education with respect to Morocco's economic growth. Methodology: the effects of endogenous and exogenous theories on economic growth are investigated in this study. we exploit the ARDL approach. the dependent variable in our panel data regression methodology was GDP per capita. 23 observations overall from Morocco between 2000 and 2022 are included in our analysis. Secondary data from World Bank databases was used in the study. the main objective of the essay is to present and provide data analysis. Methodological contributions: indicate that life expectancy and economic growth are positively correlated, however there is a negative link between labor force participation and education. Findings: the study's findings imply that Morocco's economic growth initiatives need to be long-term. Therefore, raising the population's standard of living is necessary to assist the implementation of economic growth initiatives. This study's originality may reside in the way it examines how life expectancy, education, and labor force participation affect economic growth. Research/Practical Implications: Morocco's expertise with this subject might offer a distinctive viewpoint to the corpus of empirical study that has already been done. |

Abstract: | Since October 2023, the Middle East has once again experienced a dramatic episode in its history, with an Israeli-Palestinian conflict following a bloody terrorist attack on Israeli territory by 3, 000 Hamas assailants. At the end of 2023, the Gaza Strip, at the heart of violent fighting, was experiencing a catastrophic situation for its population, leading many NGOs to speak of a major humanitarian crisis. While this is an essential issue, it should not conceal the possibility of a logistical and environmental crisis. This research note highlights the potential impacts of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, pointing out that they are most often common to all military conflicts. However, a few weeks after the October 2023 terrorist attack, the logistical crisis in global supply chains has been averted, while the environmental crisis is inevitable for the Gaza Strip. |
